APPOINTMENTS AND BOOKINGS:
Appointments must be booked through our official booking system. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation without refund. Services are provided as scheduled, and results may vary based on hair type, condition, and prior treatments.

PAYMENTS:
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store or directly process credit card information. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Salon Appointments:
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full charge.

Product Returns:
Hair products must be returned within 50 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Wigs, extensions, and custom items are final sale unless defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued at our discretion once items are inspected.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All content on this site, including text, images, videos, branding, logos, and designs, is owned by Everything Hair Salon & Boutique and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

USER CONDUCT:
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, upload harmful or misleading content, attempt to hack or disrupt the website, impersonate others, or misrepresent information. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
