REFUND, RETURN, AND SHIPPING POLICY

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact. We do not accept returns on final sale items, custom or personalized orders, or gift cards.
Hair extensions, wigs, or hair products that have been worn, altered, cut, colored, installed, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Everythinghairsalonboutique@gmail.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address. Please follow all instructions carefully. Items must be packaged securely and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are permitted for eligible items within the 14-day return window.
Exchanged items must meet all return eligibility requirements.
If the replacement item differs in price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us at Everythinghairsalonboutique@gmail.com for assistance.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Everythinghairsalonboutique@gmail.com.
We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.
